Alright, so we just updated the downloads for No Saints . We made a few tweaks, based on some suggestions we received after people played the game a bit. We took out the 'hidden options', such as Abbie not having a choice when presented with a decision at the club.

Also, we've added buttons in to skip sex animations to save time if you're doing  multiple playthroughs.

Your old save files should still work... I tested them this morning on my PC and they worked fine. You can either drag and drop your save files from your existing folder to the new one, or just overwrite all the old files with the new ones when you download the new version.
